Dr. Tetsuya Mine (Hon. Editor-in-Chief)
Dr. Tetsuya Mine is a professor and chief for the division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, University of Tokai School of Medicine, Japan. He is graduated University of Tokyo School of Medicine and major in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Then, he worked as the clinician at Tokyo University Hospital. As the same time, He wrote many fundamental papers. His academic activities in domestic societies are President of The Japanese Society of Gastroenterology and its branch society (capital region), Director of The Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society and its branch society, Councilor of The Japan Society of Hepatology and its branch society, Councilor of The Japan Endocrine Society, Councilor of The Japanese Society of Ulcer Research, Councilor of The Japanese Society for Gastric Cancer Research, Councilor of The Japanese Society for Gastroenterological Carcinogenesis. In foreign societies he served as active member of American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, active member of American Gastroenterological Association, active member of American Physiological Society, active member of Pancreas, active member of IASGO. He is also serving as editor-in- chief, editor, reviewer for many reputed journals. His awards are Young investigator award of the Japan Society of Hepatology, Awards of the Japanese Foundation for Reseach Endoscopy, Best Review Award of the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society. His research interests are Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Hepatitis, Pancreatitis, Cholangitis, Cancer of Pancreas, Biliary, HCC etc.
